Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Recruiter to manage both campus and experienced hiring portfolios. This role plays a critical part in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across multiple levels to support evolving business needs.

The ideal candidate brings a strategic approach to campus recruitment while confidently managing end-to-end experienced hiring. Excellent stakeholder collaboration, operational discipline, and a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campus Recruitment

  • Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential talent from universities and polytechnics
  • Build and maintain good relationships with career services teams, faculty members, and student organisations
  • Organise and participate in campus career fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives
  • Manage internship and graduate hiring programmes in alignment with workforce planning needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for campus candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience

2. Experienced Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for experienced hires — from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruitment leads to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals
  • Provide consistent and timely communication to ensure a high-touch candidate experience
  • Stay informed on talent market trends, competitor hiring activity, and compensation benchmarks

3. Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Partner with Human Resources, onboarding teams, and shared services to ensure compliance and smooth transitions
  • Support employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness and pipeline health

Qualifications

  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, covering both campus and experienced hiring
  • Prior experience recruiting for technology, digital, or consulting roles is good to have
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Good market mapping and sourcing capability
